From analyzing the LimeFresh web presence, we can report the following findings:
- Though Facebook and Instagram are active (Twitter has been stagnant since 2019), these platforms get almost no reach despite their large audiences. This is consistent with algorithm updates which restrict organic reach.
- 1. Create and develop robust audience targeting to efficiently increase social visibility. 2. Connect Twitter automation to current posting process.
- LimeFresh locations are not featured prominently in local search via Google and Google Maps.
- Execute an SEM campaign to create immediate visibility from maps searches, and long term visibility through organic optimization using citation building and other local signals.
- LimeFresh’s reviews don’t reflect an effective review management system.
- 1. Execute a review management systems which will track reviews in real time and allow us to respond quickly to have bad reviews edited or removed. 2. Create a system by which reviews can be easily requested across platforms.
- LimeFresh does not have a presence in local blogs and roundups.
- Begin a robust, efficient outreach campaign to connect with local blogs and roundups to feature LimeFresh.

Social Audience Development
We will create and refine social advertising audiences using the full power of Facebook ads targeting and machine learning tools. Through the process of analysis, optimization and continues build-out, we will build the LimeFresh audience, engagement and brand awareness to generate the greatest ROI available.
Local Search Engine Marketing Campaign
We will conduct a local search campaign utilizing both paid and organic strategies to make LimeFresh visible to searches in both maps applications, and in search engines. Using Adwords, we will gain placement at the top of maps results for terms like “Mexicain food near me”. By implementing campaign optimization, we will continually optimize the campaign to be shown to the most relevant demographic base. To gain lasting rankings in local search, we will facilitate organic optimization processes to send local ranking signals to search engines for each individual location.
We will put in place a review management systems which will track reviews in real time and allow us to respond quickly to have bad reviews edited or removed. This process will reduce the amount of negative reviews, while showing users that LimeFresh is engaged. We will create a system by which reviews can be easily requested across platforms. This system will enable LimeFresh to request reviews easily and naturally from satisfied customers.
Our team will use industry leading tools to prospect and conduct outreach to local and relevant influencers such as bloggers, round ups and other curators to motivate them to feature LimeFresh.
